Only have an outline at this point. Main argument will center on the wife and my desire to have children in the near future.
Genesis 1:28 “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea,”
While claims that the vaccine affects fertility have been refuted by the "experts", there is objectively zero data to show that it does not cause or contribute to developmental issues down the road. We believe we should be able to conceive a child without fear of risk to their health from outside factors.
Second argument will focus on my objection to medications that were developed using fetal cells. God recognizes life from the womb. To end life is murder:
Exodus 20:13 “You shall not murder.
Psalm 139:13-16 “13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. 15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. 16 Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”
Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
Proverbs 6:16-17 “16 There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to him: 17 haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood”
Job 31:15 “15 Did not he who made me in the womb make them? Did not the same one form us both within our mothers?”
Finally, I will assert the desire to exercise my God given free will.
Genesis 1:26 “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.”
Genesis 3:22 “And the Lord God said, “Now that the man has become like one of us, knowing good and bad, what if he should stretch out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever!”
We have been made in the image of God, with the ability to make decisions for ourselves, and this right shall not be infringed.

Thank you, that is a great suggestion

Dealing with the same thing as a fedgov employee. If they deny it, I'm prepared to walk. Finally got the position I wanted with my agency, and this happens...
But, I've always thought about going into business for myself, and we will finally be in a financial situation to do that, so that is the silver lining in all of this. Walking away would put me in an even better financial situation to do it, actually.

For one of my jobs I wrote a statement saying that I believe that the Coronavirus is a judgement from God on a sinful nation and that it would be a sin for me to get the vaccine as it is an attempt to interfere with the judgement.

That's some deep shite right there.

Be sure to include this:
Revelation 13:16-17
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Then ask them how what they are doing is different than what the Bible warns you about?
Without a job, you cannot "sell" your labor, nor can you "buy" without your paycheck.

Surprisingly there is some useful info in here:
CBS News

No major religious denomination in the U.S. opposes vaccination outright. But an individual's "sincerely held" religious belief does not have to be part of an organized-religion mandate to be considered a valid reason for exemption from getting the vaccine. "It can be a personal, sincerely held religious belief which arises from the very nature of freedom of religion articulated in the First Amendment," said Domenique Camacho Moran, a labor attorney at New York-based law firm Farrell Fritz.

Not to derail the topic of the thread, but I've been posting my ideas more lately to Stocktwits. My user name is Cambo_xSlice, you can follow me there. I'm not always right, but it's a game of statistics.
I actually posted this little tidbit right here on the TD Money board back on March 13, 2020:
quote:
Focus on companies that are geared for the digital/work from home economy. These will stay afloat even if the situation worsens. Some ideas: MSFT, GOOG, AMD, NVDA, MU, ZM, SHOP, TTD, CRWD, ETSY...
If you go back and look at the charts of every single one of these companies since then, you can see how I've done so well :)

Just be aware that religious exemptions are only temporary. They don't come after everyone at once so that those resisting will not be so large in number that armed resistance arises.

Pretty much said I had prayed about it and have an overwhelming feeling that I should not get the vaccine. Also stated that according to the Bible my body is a gift from God and a temple, which will not be desecrated against my will or my Lord’s intent.
You have a right to informed conscience. To have stay what is injected into your body.

If you a vehemently opposed to abortion as I am, find scripture that supports your beliefs. Let them know you’ve prayed about it.
The problem with this is there are a lot of over the counter drugs that use fetal tissue in testing. I have seen people lose this argument already.
No one can deny you if you hold strong in your faith, prayer and closeness to God that you shouldn’t do something. If they do, lawsuit in 3,2,1…

I wouldn’t mix science and religion in your argument. Your argument about children in the future sounds more like a medical exemption then religious.

This was my thought too. I really don’t know but I’d assume you’re already taking these type of meds for other conditions or have in the past.

Yes, I have 3 jobs. One of the jobs allows me to get tested weekly. I am doing religious exemption for the other two.

This is true.
But at the same time, most who are trying to claim this are spewing bullshite.
Why? Because most of modern pharmacy was developed using aborted fetal tissue, or more accurately, cells that are hundreds of generations subsequent to an abortion that was performed in the 1970s. You can read more about the HEK293 cells here and here.
So you're claiming a religious exemption towards the vaccine? Ok, then you also need to stay away from the vast majority of drugs developed since the 1970s, and these:
Tylenol
Advil
Aleve
Sudafed
Benadryl
Claritin
Robatussin
Musinex
Tumms
Maalox
Ex-Lax
Pepito Bismol
Preparation H
Lidocaine
Lipitor
Senokot
Motrin
Prilosec
Zoloft
Any many, many more.
Surely those who are claiming a religious exemption to vaccines will also have the same objection to Tylenol and all the others. Right?

You mean these drugs were developed using cells from a murder committed in the 70s? Is that supposed to make me feel better about the vaccine?
I never take any of this bullshite anyway, so I don't care

If your job is telework accessible then it will be hard imo to deny bc the reasonable accommodation of teleworking basically eliminates any “threat” to other workers.
