curious as to legal requirements in paper and anywhere else so when they are caught on video on our cameras WLF can take them in.

No requirement for posted signs, notification in news paper etc any more. Read the statue.

I’d say you should catch them and have already spoken to the sheriff or local green jeans. Use the pics as supporting evidence. I doubt they can or will prosecute on game cam pics/video alone. Think of it like you are building a case against these assholes.

In Louisiana it’s assumed all land you do not own or have written permission to be on is posted.

If they are there, they are trespassing. No matter their legal or non legal orange requirements.
