From what I can tell It looks like the entire patent application family for this one has lapsed. No patents were issued.

How can you tell? I don't regularly look at patents, so was trying to verify if it was still open before I brought this here.

Its essentially taking the idea of a self winding watch and applying it to crypto mining and patenting it.
