Miles won many games based on sheer talent alone. Imagine what could have been had Miles and the assistants been able to really coach, make adjustments, and develop players that needed it

this is sheer nonsense, you guys are believing in the coaching unicorn. Miles definitely had his flaws but the idea the he never coached or made adjustment is zero sum nonsense. As for his assistants, Chavis had a long record of success at Tennessee and Miles did hire Arranda, hell even Steele did great at Auburn
