Why not a bill that bars any Vax requirement?
Speaking of, would that stand legal muster? Can a state dictate what a private companies hiring/employment standards are in that regard?
I know an Australian judge ruled yesterday that it was illegal to require it.

Pretty sure Arkansas and most free state constitutions don't allow for mandates. Right to privacy and right to free and informed consent. Louisiana does too.
Im curious what is going to happen when the Louisiana courts declare mandates illegal. What about those companies that fired employees over it. Or worse, the employees that got forced to take it against their better informed judgments.
Edit: Would the company be on the hook for the life of each employee?
