Man I was so excited about Kardell as a recruit. The first 3 all have had issues staying healthy which has hurt their development and impact as well.

This is just proof that the high school rating services are given too much respect. When you look at high school talent you have to try and project them into the college game and see if their skills will translate. Some do and some don't. The fact that a running back can run over and around inferior athletes in high school doesn't mean he can do it against similar athletes. So the rating services get some hits and they get some misses. I can think of two *3 who are among the greatest players we have ever had. The Honey Badger and Justin Jefferson. So when all you guys say we have great talent and should win more games, if they can't get it done in a game it isn't all coaching.

Man that's scary! It's like that year's class doesn't exist.

This is pitiful! That class needs to be ashamed of itself. But also speaks to our coaches ability to recruit the right mix of talent and character. Oh wait. . . isn't that CEO's forte - being a recruiter?? Thought he wasn't and Xs and Os kind of guy and that "crootin" was his thing??

You dont pay attention much do you/

quote:

6.) 4* WR Trey Palmer: very underwhelming despite his few plays he's made on special teams and a few receiving TD's (expected way more at this point)

Wrong, Housed two punts already in his career. Has broken into the top WR rotation.

quote:

9.) 4* DL Siaki Ika: left team because CEO rarely played him

Wrong, he played a lot in rotation with Tyler Shelvin in 19. He left because we were changing to a 4-3 and he is a 3-4 NG.

Yeah the wiffs are showing with last year and a less than stellar start this season. Plus the 18 class wasn’t the greatest either.

Ed o isn’t as good of a roster manager as I would have thought.

And honestly he hasn’t been consistently good at the things he was supposed to be good at. Keeping the team motivated, hire great assistants that fit the program, clock management, and recruiting and roster management.

Wow, says it all, this class should be coming into their own, 2020 and 2021 will definitely have to pick up a bunch of slack, but that is why program looks so shaky right now
