I'm surprised that with the car accident and head injury they are sticking so hard to the "sound mind" classification.

Thanks Rummy and that’s Exactly what I said to the detective. He said he agreed but by the letter of the law that doesn’t qualify. He could’ve easily had amnesia and other head injury related side effects
