are you being deliberately obtuse or are you confused?

they recounted to validate the entire data set and finalize the data set volume
while they recounted they analyzed the data set
when they were done, they accurately quantified the volume of the data set (the count)
they also put the ballots into categories, valid, invalid, questionable
from those categories they put them into subsets and quantified them

this includes auditing of the cyber data and those findings

then they wrote a report

then they sent their evidence to the State AG who is opening an investigation - this is the only thing that really matters
