I won't even debate you on that part. All I am saying is that if you don't care about recounts, then don't do massive showy recounts.

Just request the data and image files and you can "audit" entire states within a week. Then you might have some extra time to actually investigate the details.

I’ve tried to explain this to you several times.

While performing an audit, you must first establish that the population you are auditing is complete. This is a pretty basic concept, if you are going to draw a conclusion on the population, you need to gain comfort that you had an opportunity to inspect every item in that population.

If you simply request image files, without first drawing those image files from the population, you can’t make claims like “60k out of 1M are potentially fraudulent” because you never confirmed those 60k came from the population itself.

The even more basic concept is that you are doing a recount in the process.
