Everyone says this, but I don’t think it’s as cut and dry as that. I think a good hc is a good hc. If you can run a program properly, you can run a program properly. If you can’t, you can’t.

I don’t think it’s about the model. I think it’s about the guy running it.

Dabo is the only one so far that's had consistent success.

Pittman at Arkansas and Cristobal at Oregon are the only other 2 I can think of but both are still getting started so I guess we'll see once they have coordinators leaving.

Exactly, no one ever says this when Saban replaces a DC or a OC (which he pretty much always does)….
