Fourth Amendment
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

And SmartPhones are in effect the "papers and effects" of yesteryear thanks to all the information they carry these days.
That would be one case where the Constitution needs to be "living" and adapt to new situations.

I keep telling people that the second amendment fight is a shiny ball. They would be ecstatic if they could pull of the win, but they are quietly working on the fourth. And no one is paying attention. The damage the could do with the fourth it frightening.
