That is stupid. That's like filing a class action suit demanding thta you get premium cable for $9.99 a month. Or demanding McDonald's serve you a 22 oz ribeye for $0.99

That's thing, it's not just about $5 a month or whatever bullshite, it's for every major storm, this BS, the Katrina charge just ended. It's just the principal of the matter.

The suit should be against he LPSC since they approve and allow every single cent that Entergy charges.
