With that start time everyone will leave at the end of the 1st quarter!

Back in the ESPN 2 days with Saban, the ESPN 2 game was at 8pm. We played Mississipi state and Fred Smoot at home, and I believe it ended in overtime. The game ended around 11:30PM. Can you believe that the stadium was full the entire game? It happened!

You are correct. LSU came from 14 down. An underrated game when talking about crazy atmospheres and great TS games.

When the SEC went divisional in the early 90's, the LSU-Auburn series became one of the most heated contests in the conference. A must-see, must-attend game with some of the best atmospheres in college football. An 8pm kickoff would have ensured drunken Tiger Stadium lunacy.

For whatever reason, our home crowd hasn't been holding up our end of the rivalry the last few games in Baton Rouge. Non sell-outs and fans leaving early... very disappointing.
