Doesn't matter if you are on leave, teleworking, or any other work status--fedgov (except for USPS) has until November 22 to be fully vaccinated, or disciplinary action will be taken in a progressive manner.
So they aren't going to fire anyone right away, but will make life difficult on you and mar your service record.
