10 solid pull-ups is impressive to me. I used to be week and fat and couldn’t even imagine being able to do one. Now I’m at 6 but I’m doing that Greyskull homework finally and seeing some good progress.

Its amazing how everyone - myself included - seems to ignore the Greyskull homework at first. It really is a game changer.
