you need to get an air scrubber and dehumidifier in there asap....dont let that mold get out of control....trust me. I spent $30k+ on remediation a couple years ago and my insurance only covered a small portion of it. It's a fricking pain in the arse. You have moisture in your walls that will probably need to be ripped out

His landlord does.

Kcrad, I’d start threatening at this point. Tell him it’s becoming uninhabitable and that you want the issue taken care of. Maybe demand an air quality test. If he still doesn’t want to do it maybe threaten going to an attorney.
