Attorney Don Jackson said Emery was an honor student during last semester and fell a few credit hours short due to complications with his grandmother. Attorney is requesting reconsideration and trying to get him eligible by MSST game. Says LSU did everything right and the NCAA needs to reconsider.

Wow! That's a powerful legal argument! I suggest adding, "The dog ate his homework."
The thing that makes this thread great is that the OP stipulated that he, himself, is an attorney, making his opinion carry a little more weight. If this is all his lawyer has Emery would have been better off hiring an actor.
