The biggest problem is the old houses. The people who were high and dry 20 years ago are now getting drowned by these new developments that are 20 ft higher than them.

I think another big problem is engineers say this property sheds this amount of water based on these maps. But, when you live near that property and see it during big rains it doesn't shed any water. It either holds or absorbs it via grasses. So then they come in and put roof tops in and concrete and sheds the water.
