If it were me and I was in Miami, I would have hopped in a boat and headed for Cuba. Idk all the extradition laws for each country, but it appears that Cuba is one of the countries that has ignored US extradition requests.
If not Cuba, then perhaps Nicaragua or another country in Central America, or maybe a Caribbean island?
Either way, I’m leaving by boat.

If he went to Miami with a pile of cash he could easily catch a ride to the Bahamas or Cuba and then branch out from there. Boat is def the way to go
