My take as a hypothetical:
Hospitals took it on the chin when money making procedures were canned,
The WHO and their underlings provided them a fiscal lifeline by doling out cash for Covid.
This was especially true when the PRC tests were basically calling anything Covid.
The hospital administrators that had access to the data looked at their own personal bank account and said to themselves “If the hospital loses money, I am out of a JOB.”
As such, everyone just took a ride on the Covid gravy train by fudging the numbers.

I can’t say. Perhaps the vaccinated, with mild breakthrough cases, are spreading it to the unvaccinated.
I’m not anti-vax. I simply don’t believe much of anything coming from the WHO and their localized minions.
JBE and his health director(s) have been caught either lying, or misrepresenting the data concerning Covid on numerous occasions, up to and including this past week.
