But alas, it must just be that ALL of them are keeping quiet, even those that are conservatives and not provax, all of them quiet as can be.

You have created a false premise in your argument. You state that in order to believe that there has been a false narrative put forth regarding Covid statistics, one has to believe that EVERY clinical hospital worker is in on the conspiracy.
You have a faulty argument from the jump as nobody believes that EVERY hospital worker is in on the conspiracy.
I already gave you a plausible explanation. You just don’t understand human psychology and how a narrative can be manipulated by a a minority authority group and adhered to, often time reluctantly and for self preservation, by the larger group of underlings.
