Strange Question RE: Vaccine Record

A month or so ago someone posted a link to a website that was "not" sharing links to download a blank vaccine record. Just out of curiosity, does anyone still have that link? Asking for a friend.

Well considering it is a pretty big crime to falsify government cards and fake medical records, I would advise against it especially since you are advertising doing it on a website, but you do you.
