I honestly am unsure how they are still turning a profit, no way they last long

Lol. I’ve been hearing that sentiment for about 10’years. Yet they’re still around.

I agree with this. On my annual song and dance with threatening to cancel, I let them know that there are too many other options out there to listen to commercial free music.
I have an extensive music library on my phone with several playlists suited to my mood. Then there are free services from Pandora and Spotify.
So I have no issue with cancelling unless they go down to the $5/month which they always do.
