Coach O and the team is still stuck on 2019

Coach O constantly talking about Joe Brady’s offense in 2019 and the players are living off the play of guys who have been drafted. Coach to the talent and style that is conducive to the talents of the players on the 2021 roster. I’m sick of hearing about 2019. It was fun and thrilling but it does nothing for you when you are getting your shite kicked in 2021. The team and leadership got big head and the play on the field shows that.

Agreed. Trying to relive past success and not be forward thinking causes coaches careers to end. Unfortunately, he has no idea what to do
