Still debating on mine. Thinking either of those two for dinner. Wife is gonna do some pulled pork. Gonna make some beignets. Some boudin for snacks.

Red beans and rice for a buddy who was was dislocated from NOLA. Buddies are bringing the beer with Crown and Coke (a concession to our college days).
