what's fricked up is that there was fighting going on between Entergy and the city council to to get approval for NOPS to be built, even Entergy apparently going as far as "using paid actors" to go lobby in the city council
So there damn there could be no NOPS there to provide a black start due to fricking idiots on new orleans city council and the entire city and surrounding areas would be down for 2 weeks instead of areas coming back within a few days

These politicians, at ALL levels, and other "interests" resorting to paid actors and what have you....to directly affect the lives of nearly EVERYONE in this world. Politics is fricked, people even moreso.
