And so American commanders, armed with this information and convinced of an imminent mass casualty event, decided to allow U.S. military personnel to continue assisting with Abbey Gate rather than turning it over to the British? That's incompetence that borders on the criminal.

Of course it was leaked. Wink wink.
They are the ones (CIA) that masterminded the whole thing. That is how they knew.
It is impossible for a govt to be so incompetent to leave behind thousands of military vehicles yet be smart enough to predict a terror attack.
That only leaves the fact that both were done by the USA on purpose.
Intentional killing of Americans by Americans.... AGAIN.
