We're going on an anniversary trip at the end of October so I was wondering the same thing. My travel agent keeps sending me scary links about vaccine passports and such being required on the Island. I was thinking it would be like here (BR area) and folks following JBE's mandate...

Since you need to show proof of vaccination/negative test just to fly to Hawaii no one will ask you anything once you leave the airport. At the airport they will ask for your QR code from the information you filled out before you landed.

Anyone going to Hawaii (or anywhere for that matter) just needs to stay updated on new guidelines. What's in effect now won't necessarily be in effect in a couple of months. Also, each island can have its own set of rules.
