Well. Look how way the evac worked in 2005….

I remember there was a barely cat 1 2-3 weeks ahead of kitrina. One of the guys I worked with took 17 hrs to get from Chalmet to Houston.

Best to evac low/high risk areas first then get stuck on highway

Also I fully into MSY tomorrow night and need the roads open to get back to BR….

The traffic was clear of Baton Rouge by midnight.
