Flooding may become an issue in the next day or two as Ida goes north and dumps more rain. Bedico Creek was at 6ft during the flash flooding last year. It is at 8.42ft right now

Keep an eye on the Tangipahoa as well. If the prediction goes above 24ft there will be parts of 190 and 22 under water

Just heard from my in-laws in Bedico Trace.
Trees down, some minor damage but the neighborhood is okay. Texts are randomly getting through.
