I got stupid lucky about 6 months ago. My local gun store had gotten 12 lbs in and let me have it all for normal price. Said it had been there a week and I was the only one who asked about it.
Edit also went to a new place a month or so ago and they had H4350 and H4831 plus several IMR powders for normal prices. Even had a few 8 pounders of H4350 for 269.99. Limit 2 so I got my brother 2 lbs of IMR 4831 ans had my girlfriend get me a pound each of H4350 and H4831.
