Rookie/young player nerves. Dude was a plus 80% ft shooter. He just needs to settle his nerves in live play. That is also affecting his decision making.
He is pushing too hard to make something happen instead of letting the game come to him. Once it slows down and his nerves calm he'll make some big strides.

If he can't handle those nerves in the summer league, how is he going to handle meaningful NBA minutes?
