Read the fine print and make sure you don’t book with a catch and release guide if you want to keep your bass. I booked a bass guide through living the dream and he only did catch and release. I wasn’t real happy about a $700 day of releasing bass.

I know a guy on the Texas side that has a rental property and does guided trips. The property is about 1/4mile from the Six Mile public boat launch.
If you arent looking to spend a ton he may be a good option. He is not Bill Dance by any means, but he can damn sure get fish in the boat.
