Someone else’s headache. May be addition by subtraction for us in terms of team morale and chemistry. Just a shame and waste, kid has all the physical talent in the world.

But for people that don't do all they can to get help, whether it's therapy and/or medication, especially with today's medical advancements, they lose my sympathy real fast. I admit I have no idea whether that's the case with Gilbert.
Full disclosure: I've got mental illness in my family, so I know what I'm talking about. Help is available - but people have to want to get it. When they don't, it's infuriating to the others around them.
