Scrap yards. The legislature should require heightened standards for buying them, ID, etc. A lot of legislatures have passed such laws.

I've hauled stuff to scrap yards here in metro ATL, and they seem to have all been run by gentlemen with "eastern European" accents. While I was required to show my ID to get my check, I would imagine if a person wanted to, they could easily bypass this regulation.

Please direct me to a scrap yard that buys these. I have a pair of CC’s of mine that I changed myself. I’ve contacted every scrap yard and every muffler shop in the BR area and no one wants them. I didn’t even tell them what vehicle they came from.
