Probably could've been avoided if 10 acre guy would've went to 150 acre guy and simply said, "Hey I'm wanting to put a blind on my 10 acres but it will have to be by the property line. I wanted to check with you first to see what you're comfortable with. The last thing I want is to piss off my neighbors"...... "Oh btw, if I wound a deer would you mind if I jump across and get it real quick?"

Judging from a few folks on here I'd say there is a good chance he has posted on the thread. Legal are not it is a dick move plain and simple, him calling and lying about his arrangement with the previous owner confirms that idea. I'd clear cut what ever you need to on your property and pile it up on the fence line, go by the barber shop once a week and collect their clippings and spread down the fence line when ever you go out there. Last but not least plenty of signs and cameras, make sure cameras are in a lock box, buddy of mine suspected a neighbor of trespassing but camera never saw anything, he put up a second hidden camera and caught the guy deleting pics off the first camera as he left out.
