Everything I've pointed to is pretty much about the use of excessive force. There's no gray area here. 3 cops with Hayes in a compromised position and tased near the heart. Do you know that could have had life long effects for Hayes to be tased like that?
This is the same LAPD who have plenty of history with excessive force. You're defending this bullshite says everything I need to know about you brah. And it's sad to see you approve of this bullshite regardless of him resisting. They are trained better than this. He was unarmed and wasn't on the attack.
By no means is Hayes right for resisting but the actions taken by the cops is unnecessary and for good reason prompted the internal investigation.

Watch it on mute without all the yelling. They are actually kind of gentle with him considering how large of a man he is. At the end you can kind of see the office potentially kneeling around his neck

you people are just fricking retarded if you can't admit that fighting with cops is ok.
I am not saying the cops were in the right or wrong. It doesn't matter. Don't fight them, don't resist them. It will never be a smart decision. period. If you can't understand that, you're a fricking idiot.
I'm not approving of anything. Stop trying to paint me like i'm some cop lover no matter what. At no point have i said the cops should have done this, or that they weren't excessive. The only thing i know about this video that i disapprove of is Jaxson resisting arrest. Doesn't matter what happened before it, that's a dumb arse decision. This thought that so many dumbass people have that they are above the law is just stupid. It doesn't matter if you think you are right, the cop will be right until you go to court, or the cam is released. And that's not me saying i like that, it's just the fact of the matter. As i said, act respectful with your altercations with police and you will always come out smelling like roses no matter what.
