Weightlifting would be the top weight class. Same for boxing.
So in the womens 87KG+ (192 lbs) weight category the winner had the following lifts:
140 KG snatch (308 lbs)
180 kg clean and jerk (396 lbs)
The womens 49kg class winner had the following:
103 snatch (227 lbs)
133 clean and jerk (293lbs)
No way your fat arse is getting off the couch and beating that.
Also the womens boxing winner would starch you in under a minute.

That's pretty damned impressive. Clean and jerk is super impressive too, but snatching 300+ is very impressive to me even for a guy.

I'm not saying there's a sport that I could beat them in. I'm asking anyone else.
I was just pointing out before someone says that they'd beat the weightlifters and choose the lowest class.
