Why aren’t police/deputies enforcing litter laws against transient beggars? The same reason 97% of all dwis in EBR occur south of Florida Blvd….clearly they don’t drink and drive north of US 190…or they only charge people who are likely to attend court and pay the fine $$$
Also, would not be surprising to learn these panhandlers are Soros-funded just like Antifa. It is so demoralizing to see SWB and Latoya the Destroya to purposefully allow these infiltrators to overrun the cities

You’re thinking way too much into it. These are just shitbags that our government has encouraged through policy. If they were in danger of starving to death, they’d figure it out.

I once saw a bum cashing a check at Pay Day Loans made out in Soros personal handwriting
