many of those 40% probably already had Covid and have the antibodies, making a vaccine redundant.

And others of that 40% probably aren't scared of the virus, since the survival rate is 99+%.

And others of that 40% are kids, who are at virtually zero risk and have been shown not to be spreaders.

Sure, there are some folks that just don't want to get the vaccine - and that's their right (freedom, you know).
