Thanks. I looked at Strongville and don't think I can run that in a calorie deficit, maybe maintenance but even then.... Starting to ease back into cardio on my off days, Greyskull conditioning, and getting 8-15k steps on top of that. Think I'll pick another 2 programs and run till the wedding. I might run Super Set twice, I really like the look of it. Any opinions, since I think you haven't run that one in the monthly program thread? Appreciate the advice!

i dont think we did superset. maybe we did though, cant remember, it was that or pump city, dont rememeber which. i have it though and like it. if in a cut would be great.

arm farm is prolly my favorite though overall

but strongville....its just something about it man. i dunno, but i love that program. but i dont suggest running in a deficit.

Loved it, but they are very long workouts.
