Gonna get started on a second round of Hyper-Trophy tonight and excited to attack it, knowing what I'm getting into
Is there a generally agreed-upon approach for core/abs with PPSA? Considering working in a quick circuit on non-squat days

not really. pretty much just do them if you want. most of the new programs have all kinds of carries in them that hit core.
if i was you, i would hit some leg raises in the warm up
then hit some more or some roll outs during a cool down

how did you like hyper-trophy? what kinds of gains did you espierence?
