Hood to hear everyone is enjoying them so kuch. Starting for squatober next year I will essentially have 14/16 months that I will be running ppsa. December will be deadcember.
Gonna run my version of greyskull lp until then since this week is the first week I have had a barbell on my back since March 2020.

I might have missed it, but did you ever send that training certification info? I emailed you a couple weeks ago about it.
