Then why are you trusting the article you posted?

Which is it, you're trying to have both, which doesn't make sense.

I am posting what the CDC said today. I am just saying what you stated earlier is no longer the messaging your heroes at the CDC are putting out there.

You're coming off as willfully ignorant. Like you have staked out a position, and now your head is in the sand, refusing to be confronted with a changing reality.

1) The CDC has admitted that they are not testing for any variant, just the original virus. They are pulling that testing panel in December.
quote:

assay first introduced in February 2020 for detection of SARS-CoV-2 only. Recent mutations reported for SARS-CoV-2 (e.g., D614G), which may impact molecular testing, are not included. - CDC alert.

2) The CDC claims masks work, yet the highest spike was during a mandated mask period.

3) The CDC has given specific direction not to count fully vaccinated people, unless they are exhibiting "serious" symptoms. So its impossible to make any claims about transmission percentages between vaxxed and unvaxxed. However, other countries are supplying accurate data.
quote:

Vaccinated people make up 75% of recent COVID-19 cases in Singapore - Reuters, July 22

4) The CDC clearly said they are observing the infection and transmission rates of the vaccinated. Therefore, no previous study can be used to deflect their findings. They are outdated.
quote:

The CDC announced Tuesday that people infected with Delta - vaccinated or unvaccinated - have higher viral loads compared to other versions of coronavirus. That means even vaccinated people could pass the virus along to others similarly to how unvaccinated people do.

5) Studies in Israel and the UK have shown a rapid decline in the vaccine confidence interval. Just since July 3rd confidence went from 95%, to 64%, and now below 39%.

6) So many vaccinated people are testing positive a dozen countries are mixing the vaccine manufacturers in hopes of providing more protection.

7) Countries other than the US are reporting rapid increases in serious cases of COVID among their fully vaccinated. April 13th that number was 99.75%. By July 15th that was 97%. On July 20th the numbers were 90%. July 23rd 88%. Government health boards are posting numbers today that show hospitalizations of the unvaccinated have dropped to 75.2% of totals.

quote:

Unvaccinated population accounted for 57 per cent of total cases, 75.2 per cent of hospitalizations, 83.9 per cent of ICU admissions and 84.9 per cent of deaths.

Of the 265 deaths reported in that time frame, 225 were among unvaccinated people (84.9%).
