Discipline, will power and being able to say no.

I do a modified version of the 5:2 diet. I try to do 2 fasts per week. 2 days where I eat low carb at a deficit. 2 days where I eat whatever I want as long as it's in a one hour window. The last day is a wildcard depending on my goals. Usually it's a low carb day at a surplus.

All my meals are OMAD. 1 hour feeding window. It works for me:



Now I don't think I'm 6% body fat, but I am definitely single digit
