I was talking to one of their customer service people (whom btw I waited almost 25 mins to talk to) and she eventually just started talking shite about the company. She was like "I wish I could give you better news but every department here has been shrinking. Then instead of trying to hire more people, they're just spreading responsibilities from department to department..."

She ain’t lying. The techs are over worked and stretched far to thin. I really want to express one thing and please don’t take it out on the techs about the shitty service. 95 percent of them are busting their asses 10 to 12 hours a day in the elements in and out of most places most won’t dream of going into.
