What is the injury? Are you limited in range of motion? Does it hurt constantly? Only during certain ranges of motion?

When it happened, it was behind and inside of the knee, but the pain encompassed calf, shin, and knee cap as well, along with hamstring pain.

At my worst, it was hard to fully lengthen my leg, and downhill/downstairs was super painful. Going up stairs didn’t hurt, but I felt very weak. Now everything is pretty mild, but same stuff in general only with improvement
