But it's not innovating. I know I'm being pedantic, but, ya know, words mean something. All that to say, I legitimately don't know what innovation looks like nowadays. What else can they do with beer that qualifies as new?
I generally agree with you that a well-crafted, traditional style carries a lot of weight for me nowadays. Parleaux is great. If you make your way up to New England, check out Notch in Salem, MA. Cheers, dude.
