Prescription opiate abuse is vastly a caucasian problem. Opiates tend to make certain whites high as a kite, blacks not so much. They are prescribed less because blacks use it less.

Wait a minute. Your argument is that blacks tell their doctors “Hey Doc, don’t legally prescribe me that many opioids, I’d much rather go to the trap house and get it illegally from Deondre.”
