It’s dumb to file a lawsuit because someone drove into basically a lake that everyone knows about when it rains hard
But flooding at those places on Acadian and Bluebonnet is so common I don’t understand why DOTD hasn’t installed permanent barricades there they can lower from anywhere with the flip of a switch. Like the barricades they have out west on interstate entrance ramps they close when there’s a blizzard. Basically railroad crossing boom gates.
